I believe that the best websites are those that load quickly & are easy to navigate, & those are the kind I enjoy building.

It also helps if you have some kind of "hook" to attract & keep people at your website, so I try to incorporate historical, animal, owner-interest pictures, etc. into the site.

Most of the people in Fannin County will be connecting to your website by modem, and they probably :

	don't want to (and won't) wait for large graphics, music or video files to download.
	will find it annoying for their computer to be tied up while an applet, plug-in, or java script downloads that might do something irritating to them after it does.
	won't like pop-ups or other things that show them stuff they didn't ask for & aren't interested in.
	I can include any or all of those things on your website, but I hope that you won't ask me to.
	As you can tell from our site, we like to keep it simple.

If I design your website & you don't like it, even after I've tried to include all of your changes, I'll throw it into my computer's trash bin & you won't owe me anything.  My prices are very low, but if you think I'm charging you too much, I'll negotiate with you.
